Plain-language data handling

Privacy Policy

Text entered into the GlyphSift workbench is processed in the browser and is not intentionally sent to a text-processing API.

01

Text processing

Input and results stay in the browser runtime. GlyphSift does not place user text into shareable URLs, server-side transformation requests, or analytics event parameters.

02

Local browser storage

Favorites and recent copied inputs may be stored in localStorage on the device. They can be cleared from the workbench. Clearing browser data also removes them.

03

Operational data

The production deployment may collect aggregate page, tool, length-bucket, and error events. Event design excludes the text itself and avoids reconstructable fragments.

04

Advertising and cookies

GlyphSift shows ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can review and control personalised advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads and see how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Ad and analytics storage default to denied under Google Consent Mode until consent is recorded. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent message (CMP) collects your choice before personalised ads are served.

05

Changes

Material changes to storage, accounts, synchronization, advertising, or analytics update this policy before those features change.

06
