Author & reviewer, GlyphSift text tools

Jack Shi

Jack Shi is the author and reviewer behind GlyphSift's text tools. He designs and checks the deterministic browser-local text engine and writes each tool page against real Unicode edge cases, so every published claim is backed by the same automated tests and Unicode/IETF standards the engine is built on.

01

How tools are reviewed

Each tool page is reviewed against the same six input classes the engine is tested with — ASCII, emoji, combining marks, non-Latin scripts, empty input, and 5,000-grapheme input — and cannot become eligible if it is only a parameter variation of another page.

Published tool pages are also backed by deterministic test suites and the Unicode/IETF standards implemented by the engine.
